About the £200 setup fee
It's a one-off charge that covers designing and building your site properly before it goes live — and it's the only upfront cost. A comparable site built by an agency typically runs into the thousands.
Pay 12 months upfront and we'll waive it. You still get the free preview first either way, so you'll know exactly what you're buying before any money changes hands.

The things people ask us first.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain name and all your content — your text, your photos, your logo, and any enquiries or bookings that come through the site. Those are yours and always will be.
The design and build itself is part of your subscription, along with the hosting, in the same way a leased van is part of a lease. If you leave, we'll release your domain to you and hand over your content.
What if I want to cancel?
Give us 30 days' notice and that's that — no exit fee, no argument. Your domain and content come with you.
What counts as a "change"?
One request, however many small edits it contains. Updating your price list, swapping in new photos, changing your hours over Christmas — each of those is one change.
In practice we're not fussy about the odd extra request. The limit exists so we can promise fast turnaround, not to catch you out.
Can I really see it before I pay?
Yes. We build you a real preview of your own site — not a generic sample — and send you a private link. If you don't want to go ahead, that's genuinely fine. You pay nothing.
